On May 11, 2025, the teams from Thailand and Malaysia, coached by ICWW, competed in the World Cup in Hong Kong.
Malaysia finished fourth in Group A with three points in the preliminary round and unfortunately lost the match for seventh place in a penalty shootout.
Thailand finished fifth in Group B with zero points in the preliminary round and also lost the match for ninth place. However, they were able to score the first five goals scored for Thailand at a World Cup.
Both teams wanted to face international competition, gain experience, and define new learning goals.
