Review of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

On November 22, 2025, the ICWW’s general meeting was held in Gau-Algesheim in a hybrid format. The members present, along with the long-serving chairmen Rolf Halter and Stefan Born, looked back on many eventful years of the club’s history. Rolf and Stefan gave a compelling account of their beginnings and how the ICWW succeeded in continuously advancing international projects and promoting artistic cycling.

The club also recorded several positive developments: Membership numbers have been steadily increasing. The financial report for 2023 and 2024 was reviewed, expressly commended, and the board was unanimously discharged. An important resolution was the unanimous adoption of the amendment to the club’s statutes, which had been distributed to all members prior to the meeting.

During the board elections, a new leadership team was also unanimously elected:

  • Chairman: Lukas Kohl
  • Vice Chairman: Marcel Jüngling
  • Treasurer: Andreas Brembeck
  • Secretary: Sonja Kliehm

Special thanks were extended to Rolf Halter and Stefan Born, who shaped the club for decades and significantly advanced the international development of indoor cycling. Like Rolf and Stefan, Claudia Bee was also presented with a bouquet of flowers and a gift by the new chairman. She, too, dedicated herself to the ICWW in her role as secretary and board member.
