Proposals for the members’ meeting can be submitted in written or electronic form until November 12.

Following the members’ meeting, there will be a retreat of the New Board and ICWW Sponsors at the Performance Center.

It will commence on Saturday, November 18, at 2:00 PM, and conclude on Sunday, November 19, around 12:00 PM.

The focus will be on the future direction and tasks of ICWW.

This retreat is also open to interested members who would like to contribute ideas and take responsibility for our work.

However, registration for room reservations is required for this purpose.
