On the way to the World Championships in Göppingen, GER

Dear members,

We are approaching the highlight of the season once again. The World Championships in Göppingen are just around the corner. These World Championships will be something very special, and we can take credit for that. This year, 26 nations have already registered for these title fights. That’s more than ever before. Your support and the work of sponsors in many countries have made this record number of participants possible. The last time this happened was in 1989 in Ludwigshafen, when 23 nations

took part. This time, we can expect participants from four continents. Rwanda and Argentina will be new additions, with participants who also live there.

We at ICWW can all be proud of this.

We will not let up in our efforts to continue expanding our sphere of influence throughout the world.

We will also be using the stage in Göppingen for this purpose. ICWW will once again have an information stand in the hall. We have also planned activities similar to those in Bremen.

There will be a wheel of fortune with prizes for handstand training, or how to practice the new exercise, the free support balance, at home.

We are also planning our “Meet and Greet” with the new world champions again. Do you have any questions for the athletes from Rwanda or Argentina?

The members at the booth can provide a lot of information about our projects.

We would be delighted to see many interested visitors and new members again at our booth in Göppingen.

But let’s look further into the future. We can finally make all our plans for the sporting year ahead. The 2026 World Championships have been awarded to Derby in Great Britain. In 2027, there will be another major joint UCI World Championship.

This satisfies us and also makes us happy that we can continue our commitment.
